Toothbrush

Toothbrushes are generally sold according to three levels of bristle stiffness: "hard", "medium", and "soft". Everyone has his or her own preferences, but we recommend choosing the "soft" brush and replacing it every two months or so. Soft bristles do the best job. Hard toothbrush bristles can cause damaging abrasion of healthy gum tissue, expediting gum "recession" via toothbrush abrasion.
